Firearms and Tactics Training

The Advanced Patrol Tactics and Basic S.W.A.T. manual is the next logical step to the Firearms and Tactics Reference and Training Guide.  This manual is intended for use by qualified and competent, Law Enforcement Training Officers as an adjunct to their training criteria for the patrol officer.  Each module is a separate and complete training program that can be used as is, or modified to your department's needs.  We suggest you use them as a base and modify appropriately.

This new training guide comes in hard copy and on CD-ROM.  The Advanced Patrol Tactics and Basic S.W.A.T. has 11 modules, 14 video presentations and 20 animated GIF files to help demonstrate officer and Team movements.  

In this manual on Advanced Patrol Tactics and Basic S.W.A.T., we have tried to bridge the gap between advanced patrol tactics and basic S.W.A.T.  Some of these include building searches, shield usage and response to an active shooter.  There is also an overview of less lethal devices that are currently marketed.  It can be presented using the CD and Microsoft PowerPoint.  Handouts, outlines, transparencies and slides can be printed from the CD and used in training and the modules can be presented in a projected format through PowerPoint.
